Do you do boats?
Yes, we do. We will need to stop by and estimate the scope of work.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, check, cash
How far are you booked?
During high season 1-3 days ahead. We work 7 days a week, though.
What wax do you use?
Mainly we use Meguiars wax.
Is it hand wax or machine wax?
We don't want swirl marks. We use orbital buffers, which stop when you put too much pressure, so no cutting marks, NO SWIRLS.
Do we need to be present while you wash or wax our RV?
No. You can have fun and explore the Keys while we are washing or waxing your RV. We ask you to leave space in front/back empty, so we can park our truck with water/hoses there and move all your staff at least 3-5' away from the sides (so we can set up a ladder there).
Do you do Ceramic coating?
Yes, we do Ceramic coating.
Is Roof wash included in the price?
Yes, Roof regular wash is included in the price.
How long will it take?
1-2 hours to wash it and 1-2 hours to wax. Wax must be applied to dry surfaces, so we schedule a couple of projects on the same day/resort.
So first we wash all of the scheduled RVs and then wax them in the same order.
How long does the wax last?
3-4 months under Florida Sun.
Should we pull the slides in?
You do not need to put them in unless there is no space between the RV and the nearest obstacle(palm tree, bushes, car, truck, etc)
What kind of product do you use for roof protection?
Rubber roofs - Camco and RvTech for Fiberglass roofs.
Can you remove minor scratches or do something with faded/discolored parts?
We would love to help. Lets take a look and see what could be done.
Do you do cars/trucks as well?
Yes, we wash cars, trucks, bikes, boats along with RVs.
We put Ceramic coating on our RV. Do we need to wash/wax it?
We strongly recommend washing it after a long road to remove grime, salt, bugs, etc. and before you go to remove salt and bird drops. Also, we recommend washing it every 3-4 months to preserve ceramic coating.
Do you wash tires and polish rims?
Washing of rims and tires in included in the price. Appling tires protectant is extra when we wash an RV and is included when we wash and wax it.
We do not offer rims polishing service.
Do you apply water-repellent on the windows?
Yes, water repellent application is included in wash & wax price.
How do you wash a house?
We distribute soapy cleaning solution on all walls via foam cannon, agitate with soft brushes, and wash off with water(remove mold, spider webs, etc). It preserves the paint and increases the price.
Do you clean windows and screens?
Yes, we do. Before we started business in the Keys, We have been doing it since 2006 in one of the dirtiest places in the USA - NYC.
